Shipping, Terms & Conditions

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 2 business days except for items that are backorder.  You will be advised if an item that you have ordered is backorder.

For your convenience we offer a $15 flat rate for shipping across Canada and the United States.

Allow 7 to 14 days to receive your package. Delivery time may vary for Canada and the US and we cannot be held responsible for items held back at customs.  Custom charges and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you plan on being away from home at the time of delivery of your package please advise us so we can ship it at the appropriate time. If your package is not claimed it will be returned to us and return fees as well as re-shipping fees will apply.
If you wish to get your package by EXPRESS or PRIORITY POST please call us 514.510.5788 to pay for your shipping charges.



Exchanges & Credit

Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit.  All hang tags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.

All garments are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject merchandise that does not come back in it’s original condition or is not shipped in a timely manner.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (the buyer).  We will not accept packages if there are any outstanding shipping charges and the package will be refused. Reshipping charges on exchanged items will apply.

To return or exchange an item you must first get a RA (return authorization) from us by sending us an e-mail at: customerservice@yoga-a-porter.com.  Be sure to write your invoice number and the item’s code.

All sale items and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Yoga-à-porter™ online conditions of use include shipping and handling, returns, exchanges and credits, and privacy policies.

All policies are outlined on the site index. When placing an order, you must agree to the Yoga-à-porter™ conditions of use. If an item has been priced wrong on the site, we have the right to refuse the sale BEFORE processing the order.

All orders are charged in Canadian dollars. Other currencies will be converted at the exchange rate used by your payment provider.
